Who we are

Tender Atlas Studio is the data controller for the information described on this page. Questions go to hello@tenderatlasprints.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you ask us for the free prints.
• Which set you asked for, and where on the page you signed up, so we can send you relevant artwork rather than everything we make.
• Email engagement — whether our messages were opened or clicked — recorded by our email provider.

We do not ask for your name, postal address or payment details, and we never see card information.

Why we are allowed to use it

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it, and you keep any prints you have already downloaded.

Who else handles your data

• Klaviyo — stores your email address and sends our emails.
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps short-lived server logs that include IP addresses.
• Google Drive — hosts the print files you download.

These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an equivalent safeguard. We never sell your data, and we never share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will ask your permission first and update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, or after three years with no engagement — whichever comes first. After that it is deleted from Klaviyo.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
